My style is heavily focused on “moments.” I’m here to capture your story, however that unfolds — and YOU are the most important piece of that story.
You won’t hear me asking you to look at the camera and smile, and I sure as hell won’t be forcing you to do anything cheesy (unless that’s a part of your story). A no-bullshit kind of approach with all the emotions so your photos can take you back to that very moment for years and years to come. This very “hands-off,” collaborative method allows you to experience something made entirely from your hearts.
That being said, let’s think outside of the box and be vulnerable together. This means you gotta to be okay with me snapping pics of the in-between, whether that’s your or your partner helping hold that special dress up off the ground or random tears streaming down your cheeks throughout the day, you giving them a kiss on the cheek and leaving a cute little smudge behind or you guys making silly faces at each other when your dancing at your reception.

I’m all about breaking traditions and marching to the beat of our own hearts and desires because at the end of the day, these are your memories. I want to help you pinpoint what you personally want, and to empower you to do things your way, a way that is true to who you are and what your love represents.
This doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful. Want to hike to a hot spring in New Mexico? Hell yeah. Want to backpack through Moab and say your vows under an epic arch? Let’s do it. Want to invite your closest friends and family to the West Texas desert and dance the night away under all the stars? I’m already there. It seriously hurts my soul when I hear couples talk about what they “wish” they would have done differently on their wedding day, and I don’t want to leave anything on the table when it’s all said and done. I’ve got your back!
Not every minute will be picture perfect — but that’s the benefit of choosing the right photographer to help showcase all your golden moments.

People often say they can see that my couples are very comfortable and that their personalities really shine through in my photos, which I attribute to truly getting to know each and every couple and discovering the little things that make you, YOU. These people are not hired models, and most of them have never had professional images taken of them! In fact I get the whole “we’re awkward in front of the camera” more often than not. But you’d never know that glancing through my galleries or social media because my number one priority is that you guys are comfortable and feel that you’re in a safe space, and as long as we have connection and trust, everything else will translate effortlessly.
Now booking 2023
I only take around 24 total weddings/elopements per year and only a few smaller sessions per month so that I can give 100% of my energy to each and every couple.
I want you to have the absolute best work from me, so I limit my schedule to prevent burnout and delayed turnaround times.
Based in Austin, Texas, but I’m a firm believer in taking the road less traveled and finding the hidden gems other photographers or wedding planners may overlook. I spend hours scouring the internet in search of the best locations, and have personal experience shooting all around the Southwest and Southern US and know my way around all the golden deserts, country roads, cozy abodes, and the unique stops along the way.
